Brandon Crusha served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2013, when he was medically retired after nine years of service. During his time in the Marines, Crusha completed two combat deployments to AR Ramadi, Iraq, with 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, Kilo Company, 2nd Platoon. Kilo Company’s motto, “Brotherhood,” meaning everyone takes care of each other, became a guiding principle for his life and career.

In addition to his deployments, Crusha served as a squad leader, Mountain Warfare instructor, and operations chief for the Tactical Training Exercise Control Group (TTECG), where he was responsible for overseeing pre-deployment training for Marines preparing to enter combat zones. His leadership roles and experience instilled in him a commitment to teamwork, discipline, and service.

Crusha carried these values into his civilian career, founding and operating Brotherhood Garage, an automotive repair business. Under his leadership, the business grew to three locations throughout the Oklahoma City metro area and employed over 35 people. Inspired by the “Brotherhood” motto, Crusha fostered a team-oriented culture focused on helping others, offering special discounts to veterans and service members, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Now, Crusha brings his expertise and passion for innovation to My Oil Sticker, a company revolutionizing oil change reminder stickers with customizable designs, advanced technology, and seamless integrations. With a mission to help shops improve branding and efficiency, Crusha plays a vital role in delivering solutions that drive value for clients and their customers.

Crusha is married to his wife, Kayla, and they have four children: Josie, Jamey, Lucas, and their youngest daughter, Lainey, born in June 2024.
